Resolution 2683 and <br />the addendum relate to the Brick Road-Dylan Drive Intersection Improvement Study. The <br />Brick Road-Dylan Drive Intersection Improvement Study is part of a master planning and <br />design development effort related to the US 31 Industrial Park, Phase 2, Portage Prairie, <br />and the proposed 60 acre development in the northeast quadrant of land at Cleveland and <br />Mayflower. A map of the project area is attached to this report. <br />Attached to the addendum as an exhibit is a professional services proposal from The <br />Abonmarche Group for the professional and conceptual design services related to the <br />relocation of the Brick-Dylan intersection. The proposal amount for the professional <br />services is $14,900.00. Approval of the professional services proposal will be done by the <br />Board of Public Works. <br />Staff requests approval of this resolution and addendum. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
