Lafayette Blvd <br />Date: May 21, 2010 <br />The attached Professional Services Agreement is a proposal from Wightman Petrie to <br />assist in the development of a demolition plan for the former Airgas property, located at 912 <br />S. Lafayette Blvd. This property contains six parcels, and is on the east side of Lafayette, <br />just south of Sample. Airgas has vacated this property, and it is necessary to prepare the <br />proper documentation for its demolition. <br />The scope of work for this site includes Asbestos Inspection, Testing, and Report; Ground <br />Penetrating Radar Survey; Demolition Specification Preparation; and Demolition Inspection <br />and Engineering oversight. Total project services cost is anot-to-exceed amount of <br />$25,520. <br />Staff requests approval of this Professional Services Agreement, to allow the preparation of <br />demolition documents for this site. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
