This building, at 250 E. Sample St., houses administrative offices and classrooms. It currently is clad in white and blue sheet metal. The new rendering is attached. The Board of Public Works received nine bids for this project. Ziolkowski Construction was awarded the project, with a bid of $169,000. Work will begin on May 10, with a completion date estimated to be July 10. The budgeted amount for the project, based on a prior estimate, was a not to exceed amount of $270,000. Staff wishes to thank the Commission and the Board of Public Works for the approvals necessary to carry out this project. It will improve the look and feel of this section of east Sample Street, which serves as the direct connector to Innovation and Ignition Parks. What We Do Today Makes A Difference!
