Fred's is now vacated and it is necessary to prepare the proper documentation for <br />the demolition. <br />The scope of work for the site includes Asbestos Inspection, Environmental Assessment <br />(post vacation of site), and preparation of Demolition Specifications at a combined amount <br />of $14,500.00. The proposal also gives a price for Demolition Inspection and Construction <br />Engineering Services at an amount of $12,720.00. The total project proposal is a not-to- <br />exceed amount of $27, 220.00. <br />Staff requests Commission approval of this proposal. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
