Mr. Heppenheimer, who has been
very involved with the County in the tax sale process; and has the most knowledge of the
process necessary to acquire a tax deed on these properties, was asked to quote a price to
do the work necessary to ultimately gain title to these properties.
Attached is Mr. Heppenheimer's proposal. The price for each parcel, which includes title
work, is $500.
Staff believes this price is reasonable in light of the statutory requirements needed to gain
title to these properties, and requests approval of Mr. Heppenheimer's proposal.
What We Do Today Makes A Difference!
