For 2018, <br /> we plan to propose adjustments during four time periods—March, June, October and December. <br /> Based on our budget review, we are submitting the enclosed additional appropriation ordinance for your <br /> consideration. The substitute includes an additional request for Century Center which was inadvertently <br /> left off the original version. <br /> I will present this bill to the Common Council at the appropriate committee and council meetings. It is <br /> requested that this bill be filed for 1St reading on March 12, 2018 with 2nd reading, public hearing and <br /> 3rd reading scheduled for March 26, 2018. <br /> Thank you for your attention to this request.
