The Commission <br />accepted these preliminary plans, and authorized staff to proceed with the contract for sale <br />and final site plans and design specs for the development. <br />Today, if the contract for sale is approved, staff requests approval of the attached proposal <br />for an ALTA survey to be done on this site. This survey is required as part of the contract <br />for sale. <br />Staff requests Commission approval of this ALTA survey proposal, to ensure the <br />development of this site continues to move forward. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
