Michigan St. South Bend, IN <br />JOB DESCRIPTION: Clean Up <br />GENERAL CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS <br />1) Remove all trash and debris from floors one (1) through nine (9). <br />2) Remove all trash and debris from game room (basement) <br />3) Dispose of (up to) six (6) residential style refrigerators <br />4) Leave all stainless steel appliances and/or furniture in the kitchen area on the first floor. <br />5) Remove and dispose of all curtains and window treatments from all floors <br />6) Remove wood blocking the arch windows between the storage room and the second floor common area <br />7) Collect and organize all hazardous liquids (i.e.: paint, cleaners, etc) and place all materials in an identified location <br />8) Collect and organize all identified items and store in location specified. <br />Project duration is estimated at 38 working days for completion. <br />*Payment will be made following the Redevelopment Commission meetings.* <br />Notes: *All employee insurance will be can~ied by CB Richard Ellis ~ Bradley. <br />Excludes: <br />1. Any work not specifically noted above. <br />2. Any and all work associated with unforeseen conditions. <br />3. Any final connection for phone, data, or electrical. <br />LABOR, MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT COST <br />Based on the information supplied to us the total project cost is $36,975.00. <br />OMISSIONS <br />This proposal does not include: Permits, Performance Bond, Builder's risk, Premium Labor rates <br />PAYMENT <br />50% of the proposed cost will be due within seven (7) days of execution of this proposal. The remaining outstanding balance will be due upon <br />completion of the work. This proposal is in good standing for 30 days. We trust this agreement satisfactorily sets forth your understanding of the <br />terms and condition between us. If this agreement meets with your approval, please sign in the space provided and return one copy to us as our <br />written "Notice to Proceed" If you prefer to issue a Purchase Order, please include this proposal in your correspondence with your purchase <br />order. CB Richard Ellis/Bradley will upon request from the owner supply all liability insurance coverage.
