Due to a clerical error in the fund number <br /> used for the EMS Operating Fund, I attach for Council consideration a substitute Bill appropriating monies <br /> for the City's Enterprise Funds. This substitute bill corrects the previously described error. No other <br /> changes are required. <br /> I will present this bill to the Common Council at the appropriate committee and council meetings. The 2nd <br /> reading, public hearing and 3rd reading are scheduled for October 23, 2017. <br /> Thank you for your attention to this request.
