The proposed amendment eliminates <br /> Randy Kelly the prohibition of Sunday business hours for scrap metal dealers,junk <br /> Third District dealers, valuable metal dealers and recycling operations thereby <br /> Jo M. Broden permitting such business on Sundays. <br /> Fourth District The proposed amendment also updates the ordinance to correct <br /> David Varner outdated statutory references and to make the ordinance comply with <br /> Fifth District current state definitional statutes.
