t <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 205 - 69 <br /> WHEREAS, GOD, in His Infinite Wisdom, has called from this life, <br /> MRS. ELLA M. MORRIS, South Bend Civic Leader who <br /> gave generously of her time and resources to make <br /> South Bend a better place in which to live and rear children, <br /> WHEREAS, her untimely death has brought much grief and sorrow <br /> to her bereaved family and many friends, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that we, the members of the <br /> COMMON COUNCIL, hereby extend to MRS. JUDD LEIGHTON, <br /> and MRS. OLIVER C. CARMICHAEL, JR. , daughters of <br /> MRS. ELLA M. MORRIS, and to the other members of the <br /> family our sincere sympathy in this their deepest hour <br /> of sorrow; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a page be set aside in the Council <br /> Records in the City of South Bend and this Resolution <br /> be copied thereon and a copy duly certified by the Clerk <br /> be sent to Mrs. Judd Leighton and Mrs. Oliver C.
