CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
This Certificate of Completion (this "Certificate ") is issued on July 28, 2016, pursuant to
the Agreement for Sale of Land for Private Development, by and between the City of South
Bend, Indiana, Department of Redevelopment, acting by and through the South Bend
Redevelopment Commission (the "Commission "), and Unity Gardens, Inc. (the "Developer "),
dated December 11, 2014, and recorded on January 5, 2015, as Document No. 1500005 in the
Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana (the "Agreement ").
The Commission states as follows:
1. Pursuant to the Agreement, the Commission conveyed certain real property to the
Developer by the quit claim deed recorded on January 12, 2015, as Document No. 1500729 in
the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, to be used in the Developer's
completion of the Project (as defined in the Agreement).
2. The Commission hereby certifies that the Developer has completed the Project in
accordance with the terms of the Agreement. This Certificate will have the effect stated in the
Agreement.
3. This Certificate does not amend or otherwise alter the Agreement, which remains
in full force and effect according to its terms.
