A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, APPROVING THE
DELETION OF RADIO EQUIPMENT FOR $45,625.00
FROM THE POLICE DEPARTMENT WITHIN THE GEN-
ERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana, passed the 1981 budget appropriating money
for the funds included; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department budget within the
General Fund was over the amount appropriated to that fund
by $45,625.00, and since that amount cannot be expended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common
Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows:
SECTION I. The sum of $45,625.00 be deleted from
the Police apartment budget within the General Fund as set
forth below:

SECTION II. This resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council
and its approval by the Mayor.
