RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON CODICIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BIND, INDIANA, APPROVING THE
AWARD OF ONE CONTRACT IN EXCESS OF $102009).00
FOR THE REHABILITATION WORK IN THE COMMUNITY
DEVELOP= PROGRAM THROUGH THE aJRFAU OF
HOUSING'S REHABILITATION GRANT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, low bids for the rehabilitation work under the
Community Developnert Housirg Rehabilitation Grart Program have
exceeded $10, 000 .0;0 .
NOW, TH=ORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of
the City of South Bend, Indiana;
1 . That approval be granted to the Redevelopnent Commission
of the City of South Band, Indiana, to ent w into a contract with
the following contractor for the rehabilitation work on the following
propwty -
