A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:02 a.m. on Tuesday,
July 5, 2016, by Board Member David Relos, with Board Members James Mueller and Therese
Dorau present. Board President Gary Gilot and Board Member Elizabeth Maradik were absent.
The meeting was held in the 13" Floor Boardroom, County -City Building, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd.,
South Bend, Indiana.
APPROVE CLAIMS
Ms. Doran stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is fully
supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims; and
the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy. Ms. Donau stated

Therefore, Mr. Mueller made a motion that after review of the expenditures, the claims be
approved as submitted. Mr. Relos seconded the motion, which carried.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a motion made by Mr. Mueller,
seconded by Mr. Relos, and carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:05 a.m.
