This ADDENDUM TO THE BUY AND SELL AGREEMENT, entered into between City of
South Bend, Indiana, Department of Redevelopment, acting by and through its governing body,
the South Bend Redevelopment Commission ( "Seller ") and 412 SB LLC ( "Buyer "), dated
February 22, 2016 for property located at 402 S Lafayette Blvd, South Bend, IN sets forth the
following changes agreed to by both Buyer and Seller.
1. Closing, as provided for in Paragraph 10.A of the Buy and Sell Agreement, shall be extended
to a mutually agreeable date not later than July 29, 2016.
2. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
This Addendum shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and
assigns.
