SUBJECT: DLZ Professional Services — Construction Oversight
Jefferson & St. Joe Site Improvements
This proposal from DLZ is to provide construction oversight and administration services
for site improvements to the current parking lot at Jefferson & St. Joe. Project
improvements to be overseen include site demolition, utility relocation, new utility work,
and construction of a building foundation for the new Courtyard by Marriott.
The estimated cost for this oversight and administration is $46,125.
Staff requests approval of this DLZ Professional Services Agreement, in a not -to- exceed
of $50,000.
