Klosinski, Assistant City Engineer SUBJECT: Agenda Request Form — Change Order No. 18 Project No. 111-029: Wastewater Treatment Plant Digester No. 2 Upgrade and Digester Gas Cleaning DATE: July 1, 2016 The Division of Utilities is requesting the Board of Public Works approval of Change Order No. 18 for Project No. 111-029 Wastewater Treatment Plant — Digester No. 2 Upgrade and Digester Gas Cleaning. This is the Final Change Order for this project and memorializes the Board of Public Works and Grand River Construction agreement in the amount of the deductive backcharge which reduces the final cost of the project by $50,000. The deductive backcharge was the agreed settlement amount for Grand River Construction and its subcontractors exceeding the time to complete the project.
