2009
The August 18, 2009 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council
was called to order by Council President Derek D. Dieter at 7:00 p.m. in the
Council's {nformal Meeting Room.
Persons in attendance included Council Members Rouse, Dieter, Varner, Henry
Davis, Jr., Oliver Davis and Puzzello; Bruce Huntington and Kathleen Cekanski-
Farrand, Council Attorney.
Council President Dieter noted that the Executive Session was called pursuant to
the August 14, 2009 Notice of Executive Session (copy attached) for the
purpose of discussing allegation(s) of alleged midsconduct and the process
involved pursuant to Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(A).
This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session
was that contained in the August 14, 2009 "Notice of Executive Session".
Council President Dieter adjourned the Executive Session at 7:28 p.m.
