2009
The August 24, 2009 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council
was called to order by Council President Derek D. Dieter at 4:40 p.m. in the
Council's Informal Meeting Room.
Persons in attendance included Council Members Rouse, Dieter, LaFountain,
Kirsits, Varner, Henry Davis, Jr., Oliver Davisand Puzzello; City Attorney Charles
Leone, Public Works Director Gary Gilot and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand,
Council Attorney.
Council President Dieter noted that the Executive Session was called pursuant to
the August 20, 2009 Notice of Executive Session (copy attached) for the
purpose of discussing litigation pending or which has been threatened in writing
pursuant to Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(2)(B).
This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session
was that contained in the August 20, 2009 "Notice of Executive Session".
Council President Dieter adjourned the Executive Session at 5:08 p.m.
