NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESS[ON
An EXI CUT(VE SESSION of the South Bend Common Council will be held at
4:OE1 p. ~" on Monday, Septennber_'14.2009, in the Counoil Informal Meeting
Room 4 Floor County-City Building, South Bend, Indiana.
This Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code §5-14-1.5-
6.1(b)(2)(A) and shall be held for the discussion of strategy with regard to
collective bargaining relative to public safety employees.
