An Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council will be held at

Roam, 4 Floor, County-City Building, South Bend, Indiana.
The Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code ~5-14-1.5-
6.1(1J}(2}(B} for the purpose of discussing litigation pending or has been
threatened in writing.
