A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:03 a.m. on Tuesday,
May 17, 2016, by Board Member David Relos; with Board Members Elizabeth Maradik, and
Therese Dorau present. Board President Gary Gilot and Board Member .Tames Mueller were
absent. The meeting was held in the 13' Floor Boardroom, County -City Building, 227 W.
Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana.
APPROVE CLAIMS
Ms. Maradik stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is fully
supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims; and
the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy. Ms. Maradik
