NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION
An EXECI.lTI1/E SESSI®~I of the South Bend Common Council will be held at
6:0~ on Thursday, September 10, 2009, in the Council Informal Meeting
Room 4 Floor County-City Building, South Bend, Indiana.
This Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code §5-14-1.5-
6.1(b){2)(A} and shah be held far the discussion of strategy with regard to
collective bargaining relative to public safety employees.
