AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOIITH BEND, INDIANA, APPROPRIATING $15,000.00 FROM
INDIANA RIVER RESCUE FUND (FUND #291) FOR THE PURCHASE
OF EQUIPMENT
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT
It has become necessary to defray certain expenses within
the Fire Department with an appropriation of Fifteen Thousand
Dollars ($15,000.00) from the Indiana River Rescue Fund (Fund
#291) in order to fund the purchase of certain equipment to be
used in the City's Indiana River Rescue operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. The following sum of money is hereby
appropriated and ordered set apart from Indiana River Rescue Fund
(Fund #291) for the items set forth below:

One (1) boat
Equipment upgrade

2,300.00
$13,500.00

Repairs
1,500
1,500.00
TOTAL $15,000.00
Section II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage by the Common Council and approval by
the Mayor.
