Chairperson Oliver Davis called the July 27, 2009 meeting of the Utilities Committee to order at
5:28 p.m.
The following Committee Members were present: Oliver Davis, Chairperson;
Ann Puzzello; AI "Buddy" Kirsits;
Tom LaFountain

Agenda: Annual Update to Council Concerning Special Rate Contract with Notre
Dame
At Chairperson Oliver Davis' request, Gary Gilot, the Director of Public Works reported the
justification for a special sewage rate contract with Notre Dame. The accompanying handout
provided for the Council explains the cooperative efforts between the City and Notre Dame in
detail. After a 15 minute presentation and brief discussion Chairperson Oliver Davis adjourned
the meeting at 5:45 p.m.
