Dear Members of the Redevelopment Commission:
On behalf of the Century Center Board of Managers, I would like to express
our sincere appreciation to the Commission for approving TIF funds to cover the
cost of urgent subsurface repairs to the Island Park.
Because of your support, this important renovation project will continue on
course. Please be assured that the enhancements will create a safe, beautiful,
and functional amenity for our local citizens and out-of-town guests to enjoy for
many years to come.
We thank you for your foresight and understanding of the worthiness of this
capital improvement to the Century Center. We look forward to showcasing the
Island's new look and other building improvements to you and the community in
the very near future.
