The June 3, 2009 Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order at
1:35 p.m. by its Vice-President, Carolyn Pfotenhauer. There was a quorum present.
1. ROLL CALL
Members Present: Ms. Carolyn V. Pfotenhauer, Vice President
Mr. Ray Thomas, Secretary
Member Absent: Mr. Jose Alvarez, President
Redevelopment Staff: Mi°. Don Inks, Director of Economic Development
Mrs. Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approval of the minutes of May 20, 2009

Upon a motion by Mr. Ray Thomas, seconded by Ms. Pfotenhauer, the Authority
approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of May 20, 2009.
3. CLAIMS
Meridian Title Corporation Recording Fees 52.00
Moody's Investors Service Professional Services 7,800.00
Total: $7,852.00
Upon a motion by Ray Thomas, seconded by Ms. Pfotenhauer, the Authority approved
the claims, as presented.
4. NEXT MEETING DATE: June 17, ?009
5. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment Authority the meeting
was adjourned at 1:40 p.m.
