The June 17, 2009 Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order at
1:35 p.m. by its President, Jose Alvarez. There was a quorum present.
1. ROLL CALL
Members Present: Mr. Jose Alvarez, President
Ms. Carolyn V. Pfotenhauer, Vice President
Member Absent: Mr. Ray Thomas, Secretary
Redevelopment Staff: Ms. Elizabeth Leonard, Director of Financial & Program
Management
Mrs. Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
a. Approval of the minutes of June 3, 2009
Upon a motion by Carolyn Pfotenhauer, seconded by Jose Alvarez, the Authority
approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of June 3, 2009.
3. CLAIMS
Causey, Demgen & Moore, Inc. Verification of computations $1,750.00
Standard & Poor's Analytical Services 8,500.00
Crowe Horwath Professional services 45,000.00
Fitch, Inc. Rating services 7,000.00
SourceMedia Advertising 3,374.00
Total: $65,624.00
Upon a motion by Ms. Pfotenhauer, seconded by Mr. Alvarez, the Authority approved the
claim, as presented.
4. NEXT MEETING DATE: July 1, 2009
5. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment Authority the meeting
was adjourned at 1:37 p.m.
