l~r. Inks stated that a request to pay claims 11as been received by the Eoard; cacti claim is
filly supported by an invoiced the person receiving tl~e goods or services has approved
the claims; and the claims leave been filed with the City Fiscal ~?fficer and certified for
acc~zracv.

In a ~nernorandum to the I~oard, IVIr. Carl I,ittrell, Engineering, requested permission to
ad~jertise for the receipt of bids for the above referenced project. Also being presented at
this ~timc for approval and execution is the 'T'itle Sheet. Upon a motion made by Mr. Inks,
sece~nded by 104r. Ci1ot and carried, the above request to advertise was approved, and the
~'itle Sheet was approved and signed.
