NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. Chapter 2, Article 8, Section 2-122 (b) is amended to read as follows: (b) Employees who use personal cars for City business shall be paid at h ra per mile as established by Internal R v n,_ rv;ne r qulations .urr n_ on h da of rav 1 for business mileage documented in accordance with City rules. SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and approval by the Mayor.
