AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA APPROPRIATING $17,646.30
FROM SEWER REPAIR INSURANCE FUND (FUND 640)
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT
The Common Council of the City of South Bend hereby determines
that it is necessary and in the best interest of the City to make
an appropriation of $17,646.30 from the Sewer Repair Insurance Fund
(Fund #640)to the Sewage Works Depreciation Fund (Fund #642), for
reimbursement to said Fund #642, for the purchase of a truck which
was mistakenly budgeted for and paid for out of Fund #642.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The following sum is hereby appropriated from Fund
No. 640 for the specified purpose:
FUND N0. 642 Reimbursement $17,646.30
SECTION II. This ordinance .shall be in full force and effect "~
from and after its passage by the Common Council and approval by
the Mayor.
