The property is currently owned and used by SouthGate Church, Inc. (f/k/a Calvary Temple-South Bend Gospel Tabernacle, Inc.). We are requesting a zone change from MU Mixed Use District to SF2 Single Family and Two Family District, which includes public schools as a permitted use. As required, we have also enclosed Check No. 016451 in the amount of $100.00 payable to the City of South Bend and Check No. 016452 in the amount of $50.00 payable to the Area Plan Commission. Please be advised that our title insurer has determined that the legal description for the identified Parcel 1 is apparently incorrect as recorded in the chain of title.
