SPECIAL MEETING MAY 28, 2009
The Board of Public Safety met in a special meeting at 10:55 a.m. on Wednesday, May 28, 2009,
with President Juanita Dempsey and Board Members Patrick Cottrell, Bruce BonDurant and Laura
Vasquez present. Special Counsel to the Board, Joseph Simeri and Board Attorney Thomas Bodnar
were also present.
The meeting was held in the Common Council Chambers, 4th Floor, County-City Building, South
Bend, Indiana,

There being no further business to come before the Board, President Dempsey declared the meeting
adjourned at 11:00 a.m.
