The meeting was held, in the Board of Public Works Meeting Room, 13th Floor County City
Building, South Bend, Indiana.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Board, President Dempsey declared the meeting
adjourned at 8:23 a. m.

FILING OF MONTHLY STATISTICAL, ANALYSIS REPORT — APRIL 2009
President Dempsey indicated that unless there were questions or objections by members of the
Board, the monthly statistical report for the month of April 2009 as submitted by the Police
Department, would be accepted for fling. There being no objections, the following report was
