The license applications for the following business is approved based upon the satisfactory review of the properties by the Department of Code Enforcement, Water Works and the Fire Department Prevention Bureau, as well as the favorable recommendation of the Board of Public Works at its Board meeting of February 27, 2006, as evidence by the Board's communication to the Office of the City Clerk dated March 27, 2006: Treadstone LLC Located at 445 North Sheridan Section III .
