The May 20, 2009 Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order at
1:45 p.m. by its President, Jose Alvarez. There was a quorum present.
I. ROLL CALL
Members Present: Mr. Jose Alvarez, President
Mr. Ray Thomas, Secretary
Member Absent: Ms. Carolyn V. Pfotenhauer, Vice President
Redevelopment Staff: Ms. Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approval of the minutes of March 18, 2009
•
Upon a motion by Raphael Thomas, seconded by Jose Alvarez, the Authority approved
the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of March 18, 2008.
3. CLAIMS
Morris Performing Arts Center Project, Claim No. 1
Meridian Title Corporation, Commercial Search 250.00
Wells Fargo, Acceptance & Trustee Fees 3,500.00
Wells Fargo, Escrow Agent Fee 500.00
Total: 54,250.00
Upon a motion by Mr. Thomas, Seconded by Mr. Alvarez, the Authority approved the
claims as presented.
4. NEXT MEETING DATE: June 3, 2009
5. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment Authority the meeting
was adjoui-~Ied at 1:48 p.m.
