ANNUAL ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING
January 16, 2009

The January 16, 2009 Annual Organizational Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was
called to order at 1:35 p.m. by Jose Alvarez. There was a quorum present.
1. ROLL CALL
Members Present: Mr. Jose Alvarez, President
Ms. Carolyn V. Pfotenbauer, Vice-President
Mr. Raphael Thomas, Secretary
Redevelopment Staff: Mrs. Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary

2. SWEARING IN OF AUTHORITY MEMBERS
Mr. John Voorde, City Clerk, administered the oath of office to the following Authority
members: Carolyn Pfotenbauer, Raphael Thomas and Jose Alvarez.
3. ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Ms. Pfotenbauer nominated Mr. Alvarez for President and Mr. Thomas seconded the
motion. Mr. Thomas then recommended that the slate of officers remain as it was in 2008
with Jose Alvarez as President, Carolyn Pfotenbauer as Vice-President and Raphael
Thomas as Secretary. Ms. Pfotenbauer accepted this amendment to her motion. The
Authority unanimously approved the nominations.
4. SET REGULAR MEETING TIMES FOR 2009
The first and third Wednesdays at 1:30 p.m. were set for the regular meeting times.
5. ADJOURNMENT
Upon a motion Ms. Pfotenbauer, seconded by Mr. Thomas, the Annual Organizational
Meeting was adjourned at 1:37 p.m.
