AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA, APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONIES FROM THE GENERAL FUND
(#101), THE COUNTY OPTION INCOME TAX FUND (#404), AND MOTOR VEHICLE
HIGHWAY FUND (#202)
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT
It has become necessary to make additional appropriations from the General Fund
(#101), the County Option Income Tax Fund (#404), and the Motor Vehicle Highway Fund
(#202) in excess of the 2009 Budget previously adopted by this Common Council. The Funds
affected by these additional appropriations have monies sufficient to support the appropriations
identified in this Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA as follows:
SECTION I. The following additional amounts are hereby appropriated and set aside
within the Funds designated below for identified expenditures:
