NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION
An EXEC7JTIV1= SESSION of the South Bend Common Council will be held at
6:00 p.m. on Monda June 1 2009 in the Council Informal Meeting Room 4`"
Floor County-City Building, South Bend, Indiana.
This Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code §5-14-1.5-
6.1(b}(2)(A} and shall be held far the discussion of strategy with regard to
eallective bargaining relative to public safety employees.
