Agenda: Bill No. 22-09 -Vacation -Franklin Street
Bill No. 27-09 -.Low Voltage Permit Fees
Chairperson Varner noted for the record that the petitioners for each bill had sent requests these
bills be continued until the next meeting May 11, 2009. Following that notice Councilmember
LaFountain motioned and Henry Davis, seconded that both bills be continued as requested.
There being no further business to come before the Committee, Chairperson Varner adjourned
the meeting at 4:29 p.m.
