RE: Lease Agreement, 1519 South Franklin Street, South Bend, IN.
Dear Mr. Schalliol:
I am writing in regard to the Lease between The City of South Bend, as Landlord and Waste
Management of Indiana, LLC, as Tenant, located at the above-referenced address. This letter
serves notice that Waste Management of Indiana, LLC agrees to terminate this lease as of June 1,
2009 as requested by the City of South Bend for the benefit of the Transpo Development project.
Currently, we are planning to have all of our personal property and equipment removed from the
premises as of June 1, 2009. If these happens to be a scheduling conflict with our movers that
would require additional days past June 1~` to vacate the premises, then we will notify you in
advance. Because the property is being demolished we will remove all of our personal property
from the premises, however, it has been agreed upon that the premises does not need to be
vacated in "broom swept" condition.
Furthermore, we will provide you with our moving quotes in the next couple of days so that we
can agree upon a fair and equitable moving allowance.
Please acknowledge receipt of this notice by signing and returning a copy to my attention via
mail at the listed address or via facsimile at 630-268-9521. Thank you very much for your
assistance with this matter. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.
