AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, APPROPRIATING $120,745
FOR THE LEIGHTON PLAZA GARAGE FROM THE
PARKING GARAGE FUND
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT
The Common Council of the City of South Bend hereby
determines that it is necessary and in the best interest of the
City to make appropriations in the Parking Garage Fund of the
City of South Bend to fund 1999 operating expenditures for the
Leighton Plaza Garage.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I, The following sums are hereby appropriated and
ordered set apart from and within the Parking Garage Fund of the
City of South Bend for the specified purposes:

AMOUNT: $120,745
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and
approval by the Mayor.
