The Board of Public Safety met in a special meeting at 8:38 a.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2009,
1ATith President Juanita Dempsey, and Board Members Patrick Cottrell and Jack Reed present. Board
niernber Bruce BonDurant was absent. Board Attorney Thomas Bodnar and Police Chief Darryl
Boykins were also present.
The meeting was held in the Board of Public Works Meeting Room, 131h Floor, County-City
Building, South Bend, Indiana.
POLICE DEPARTMENT
PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR
President Dempsey informed those present that the Police Department's Memorial Service would be
held this year on May 8, 2009 at 8:30 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Board, President Dempsey declared the meeting
adjourned at 8:52 a. m.
