Subject: Hansel Center Appraisals
Date: April 17, 2009
On March 20, 2009, the Commission approved Staff to begin the process to add the Hansel
Center to the acquisition list of the West Washington Chapin Development Area, subject to
the approval of the City Council and Area Plan Commission.
To keep this process moving forward, Staff has requested bids for appraisals on this
property from four appraisers. Staff requests approval of the two low bids, those being Rick
Pitts and Jerome Michaels.
Staff requests approval to proceed with these appraisals subject to funds becoming
available in this TIF district.
