Upon a motion by Lloyd Taylor, being seconded by Lee Slavinskas and unanimously carried, the
proposed ordinance and site development ~lan of South Bend Medical Foundation to zone from
B' Residential, "G" Height and Area to ' C" Commercial, "G" Height and Area :property located

favorable recommendation, subject to a final site development plan. This rezoning would allow
an addition to the existing building by bringing the site into the proper zoning district.

used for the Common Council's first reading. The amended Ordinance was the Ordinance legally
advertised and heard by the Area Plan Commission.

date to be made a part of this report.
