Agenda: Bill No. 09-28 -License issuance for scrap metal business
Winona Hays, Ordinance Violations Bureau Clerk, City Clerk's Office, stated eight (8) companies
met requirements.
Councilmember Oliver Davis made a motion to send this bill to the full Council favorably,
seconded by Councilmember White.
There being no further.business to come before the Committee at this time, Chairperson
LaFountain adjourned the meeting at 4:25 p.m.
