Follow up:
Latest hearing: Determination posted on the doors 2 -1 -16 by SBACC, no certified mail out yet

Concerns & improvements
Matt: sending the commission a copy of the SBACC Report, as well as the budget (followed
through on 2/3/16). Plans to send the commission the 2017 proposed budget before it goes to
council: for input or suggestions.
Ernest will issue a statement or `cover letter' for the commission report.

Certified Mail:
Following up on hearings will be necessary for the commission to have a start to finish record of
the events and outcomes. Matt Harmon will accommodate the commission by providing follow
up from the hearings. The victims of the hearings can follow up by contacting the Legal
Department for requesting records from SBACC.
Talk to Barb in CODE about certified mail, need them to send the decisions from the hearings
certified.
