-Husky attacked Chihuahua, resulting in death
-Spoke with owner of husky (said he got out)
-Husky had gotten out before
- Chihuahua was chained to porch
-It was yanked from collar by husky
-Husky showed no aggression to people

Owner of Chihuahua: Pebbles
- 12:30 - 12:35, took pebbles outside to go to the bathroom, on leash/ chain
-Went inside to get steak
-Saw pebbles outside in grass
-Saw husky rip pebbles out of the collar and run away
-Did not see pebbles provoke husky
- Noticed Husky out the day before

Timeline:
- Texted friend @ 1:17
- Didn't leave home until 1:30
-Got a call @ 1:57 that her dog was out and had pebbles
-Said she returned home within 10 minutes
-Fence 4 Ft. Chain and 2 Ft. Lattice
*Commission accepts all evidence
-Cut out photos from evidence with request attorney S. Steele who did not believe
narrative were realivent (5 -38)

Christopher R. Kunik 924 E. Chippewa
- Husky not aggressive ever with his dog
- His dog is a small Pom/ mix
Witness:
Lisa Kruszewski 802 N. St. Louis Blvd.
-River Park neighborhood put out an alert of people finding gates unlocked and dogs
being let out
-Saw steak bone outside fence
Rebuttal: Miss Topplin
-Steak bone
- Grilled steak before (night) incident
-They gave bone to Pebbles, but were missing by 4 p.m.
-She talked to Miss Kim day before

S. Steele: 5 -38 d. vicious guidelines
Request: Kept outside in 5- sided enclosure
Rebuttal:
- Husky, She doesn't know how dog out and timeline doesn't match
- Doesn't believe her dog is vicious or would harm anyone.
Hearing Adjourned: 8:20 p.m.
Decision: Commission is going to follow the request of SBACC and deem dog vicious
