Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council
2016
The February 2, 2016 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called
to order by Council President Tim Scott at 5:32 p.m. in the Council's Informal Meeting Room.
Persons in attendance included Council Members Oliver J. Davis, Karen L. White, Tim
Scott, Randy Kelly, Jo Broden, Regina Williams- Preston, and John Voorde; Robert Palmer,
Attorney; and Council Attorney Kathleen Cekanski - Farrand.
The Executive Session was called pursuant to the "Notice" dated January 28, 2016
(attached) which states in part that the meeting is being held pursuant to Indiana Code § 5- 14 -1.5-
6.1 (b)(2)(B) for the discussion of strategy with respect to pending litigation or litigation which
has been threatened in writing ".
This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session was that
contained in the January 28, 2016 "Notice ".
Council President Tim Scott adjourned the Executive Session at 6:56 p.m.
